Welcome to the Pakistan Consulate webpage. This Consulate covers six (6) States in Mid West namely, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

We provide consular service to the Community and are playing our role in furthering economic and commercial relations between the Mid West and Pakistan. The City of Chicago has a special link with city of Lahore in Pakistan as both cities are bonded into the sister-city linkage since 2007.

So far the Consulate is unable to issue Machine Readable Passport (MRP) or process National Identity card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) applications but we hope to get these facilities shortly.

We are constantly striving to improve our services and welcome any suggestions.

Transportation of Relief Goods by PIA
As you are aware Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced that it will carry free of cost all relief goods that are being sent from USA, to Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar. more>>

Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund 2010

In view of the unprecedented floods which have caused tragic loss of lives and have severely affected the physical and communication infrastructure in many parts of the Pakistan, Prime Minister has established a special “Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund 2010”. Donation can either be directly deposited to Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund 2010 or through the Consulate General of Pakistan, Chicago. more>>
